Our Founder Ms.Rashmi  Saha is a Life Coach professionally . A versatile visionary also wears the hat of  an NLP Practitioner , TEDx Speaker , REX Karamveer , TEDx Kanke Co-Organizer , State President – WICCI an State Chair – LOANI.

She describes herself as  ” a Civil Engineer by education, a Life Coach & NLP practitioner by profession, a Social reformer by heart, and a Traveler by passion, a Poet and Vlogger by interest, with an experience of more than 13 years.
Believing and living life in its minute moments and working towards making the most of it, to create a difference.

With a working experience of more than 13 years ,Ms. Rashmi Saha happens to be a civil engineering graduate , by education ,with her technical /practical experience in various profiles .It was in 2015 , when the journey of sharing her knowledge and experience took shape and she got into Life Skills coaching .And trained around 40,000 participants in Educational ,Corporate, Retail ,Banking and social sectors into behavioral skills in the lengths & breadths of the country in person and more than lakhs through different mediums .

She is an avid traveler .Loves poetry and photography .

Her mission : Freedom ,Awareness & Smile.

Its during travel and work ,her interaction with women from different parts of India she realized ,they are facing various challenges from Menstrual Hygiene problems & Taboos, Mental Health Issues , Unemployment ,Gender biased violence etc. And it hit her that we as a woman need to  a stand,  talk and be strong to cope up and change the situations .With these mixed inputs she planned to get everyone together around and empower the ones who needed it .And that’s when Mukty Mission was formed ( December 2017)

Hence , she chose MHM as her first project and started to work on this issue , in interior part of Jharkhand .Meeting the locals of all ages men and mostly women ,listening to their taboo stories and spreading the awareness on Menstruation and its right practices was her Campaign , under the name of “No Stain No Shame”

Her next Campaign was “ #icare4her” which mainly  focused on men and their acceptance of menstruation as a normal part of women’s life .

Apart from all these established campaigns she also supports people of all age  with stress management queries and issues, helping them not to get into the  clutches of depressions and making them strong and self supported for their life and career. Being a Life Coach a major focus was given to imparting life skills though MHM session helping them understand importance of emotional & mental well being .That’s when the campaign “Jijivisha” was introduced .

The main idea behind all these small big steps taken ,is too encourage the idea of self love and self importance in women and growing up girls to help this society become better with this bit of population growing stronger mentally and physically .Working on the simple mission of “ Spreading Freedom Awareness & Smile”
